Andrew Kuyvenhoven served as the editor in chief of The Banner, as pastor of four CRC congregations, and as director of the denomination’s education department. This commentary of the Heidelberg Cathechism is presented in 49 chapters and was originally published as one-page installments in The Banner. Kuyvenhoven provides explanations of and insights into the 52 Lord’s Days of this confession. For more than 425 years this catechism has taught people how to live in the comfort and joy of the Christian gospel. It is still a great inspiration for us today.
