Train trip to Big Valley
On 9 July, 54 members and guests of the West of 60 group travelled by coach to Stettler where they boarded the Alberta Prairie train for a 2-hour ride to Big Valley. It was quite an adventure as the train was robbed by bandits along the way! In Big Valley we enjoyed a roast beef dinner and strolled through the old time town.
